I couldn't ask for a better location; it's so convenient, close to ASU and Mill Ave. The rooms were really cozy and had these cool balcony-style windows that open up, though I wish it was a 2-room suite instead of just a double room with 2 beds. The staff went above and beyond to help me get my package when security had to open the UPS store in the parking garage for me; they were so kind and attentive!

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was disappointing being located above the breakfast area, but it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the attentive bartender. The location was fantastic, close to various attractions, but lost some appeal due to transport changes. The dining was convenient but a bit pricey for what was offered.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, offering everything you need. However, there was some noise from holiday parties. The service was amazing, with the staff being very helpful and attentive, especially the waiter at breakfast. The location was fantastic, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, perfect for visiting Arizona State University. The dining experience was good and reasonably priced, while the facilities were top-notch.
