The hotel had very clean and quiet rooms, very comfortable and equipped with everything I needed, although relatively small. The service was really helpful and friendly, except for the wife who owns the property, who was very rude, impatient, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The location was just perfect, in a residential area in Jesmond, with a close metro station and an excellent English breakfast option to start the day. The dining experience was pretty early compared to other stays but reasonable. Overall, great value for money with minor downsides.
