The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms that are very comfortable and face the shopping mall. While the rooms may not live up to the expectations set by the pictures, they still provide a big, clean space with a balcony for smoking and a bonus view. The service is exceptional, with the staff doing their absolute best to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, being close to a mall and grocery shop, although it could benefit from more sun beds. Dining waiting for us at 4 am was a nice touch, though there is room for improvement in terms of choice. The facilities are well-kept, further enhancing the experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautiful with a huge lounge/dining area, facing the shopping mall, super spacious, and the breakfast spread was nice with some flexibility for on-demand items. The internet connectivity was flawless. The service was outstanding, and the staff at Koulen Hotel went out of their way to ensure our trip was enjoyable. The location was perfect for us, being only a few minutes from the markets, restaurants, and royal palace, in a quieter part of town away from the chaos of pub street. The dining experience was amazing, with so much choice and all fresh and beautifully presented. Overall, a great value for money experience!

Rich in amenities, including a full-size kitchen, living room with an additional TV, and a second balcony for a great stay. However, being on the 1st floor makes it noisy due to the street proximity.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with spacious and very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, it was a bit strange that the room had a kitchen but lacked utensils or pans.
