What a mix of experiences at this hotel! The rooms had a nice view of the bay at the back, spacious and clean, situated in between McArthur & Jose Rizal Suite areas, which added to the comfort. As a Prestige member, I enjoyed the extra perks, but the service had its hiccups with delays and room changes. The location, not ideal for nearby dining options, but free transport to malls helped. The dining was a highlight at Ilang Ilang, always awesome, although crowded. The facilities were satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are lovely and spacious, named after the national heroes of the Philippines. I enjoyed a great view of either Manila Bay or Fort Santiago.
