I had no complaints about the rooms; the service was awesome. I will definitely come back for another stay. The standard King room had a view of the Air Force Memorial, and you could make out a bit of Arlington National Cemetery and the top of the Washington Monument. Everything was clean, and there were no issues with housekeeping at all at Fyve.

The service at the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City was incredibly good. The staff were excellent, friendly, and really helpful. My only tiny complaint was that they could learn to knock on room doors a bit less loudly, but other than that, top-notch service!

The location at the Pentagon City Mall is so good; attached to the mall and literally steps from the Metro with easy access to anywhere in the district. It's convenient for shopping and heading into DC. However, too bad about the smell. If they could freshen it up a bit, it would be perfect.

The dining experience at the hotel was really worth it. I had a delicious omelet that was up against any in the city. The indulgent pastries were also a nice touch.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable and furnished nicely to accommodate my group, providing a nice view of the city and airport. However, I found some empty wine bottles under the sink. The service was excellent, with a friendly and professional demeanor, and a lovely surprise for my birthday. The location was perfect with easy access to Reagan National Airport and Washington, DC, offering safety and convenience with Metro access just across the street. The dining experience was decent, but the pricing for a child's meal seemed high. Overall, a good value for the money with a few minor drawbacks.
