My stay was mostly enjoyable thanks to the great location just steps away from the MRT station and the generous amenities provided in the room. However, the bright green exit light inside the room was quite distracting at night and made it hard to sleep. Also, while the staff was very polite and provided good service, I had a frustrating experience with a last-minute cancellation that added unnecessary stress to my trip.

However, I did find a different hotel later that had an excellent location close to multiple shops and restaurants, and the staff were very courteous.
