The hotel is in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from the sea, with clean and comfortable rooms offering a good selection of local products, especially the Betty Stoggs beer. The towels were fresh and the bed was very comfortable. However, the steep hill might not be great for older people. The dining experience was delightful with delicious homemade muffins and soft fluffy pancakes. The services were exceptional, including housekeeping and a welcome drink.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a good sea view, plus a massive private balcony. The service was excellent with attentive housekeeping and a nice welcome drink. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the sea and near Newquay's attractions, although it's situated on a hill.
