The hotel rooms were super good size, very comfortable for my husband and our baby, although it's against the rules for customers to bring a can of Pepsi back to their room. The rooms seemed big enough to play football in, which was impressive.

My stay at the hotel was excellent in all respects. The rooms were modern and clean, serviced daily to a very high standard. However, I did notice an unpleasant smell in the room, and when I tried to call the front desk, nobody answered.

The service at the hotel was top-notch. From reception to the chambermaids and waitresses in the restaurants, everyone was polite, friendly, and very helpful. The only downside was an incident where the shuttle literally drove away while I was walking towards the bus.

The location of the hotel soured what should have been a wonderful trip for a wedding. It was not particularly nice and filled with shady-looking people, making me feel insecure. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, but the shuttle cost per person was quite high.

The dining experience was really nice overall, but there were a few issues. The steak was excellent, but it was too expensive. Additionally, there was no prior notice about the swimming pool being closed for maintenance, which was disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious, modern, and incredibly clean, complemented by a spectacular view of the volcano. However, it was a bit disappointing that bringing a can of Pepsi back to the room was not allowed. The staff was beyond friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was great, close to city landmarks and a large modern mall. The dining experience was excellent, although slightly overpriced. The facilities were top-notch.
