The hotel's location is super convenient as it is just two stations away from Shinagawa, the main hub for Shinkansen heading west to Nagoya, Kyoto, and Osaka. There are plenty of dining options nearby ranging from Japanese Izakaya to Ramen, sushi, fusion, and even American Classics. The rooms are like a standard European hotel room, equipped with useful features such as a washing machine, ironing board, and fridge. However, the area around the hotel is not the most interesting.

The hotel has a small restaurant on the second floor where we enjoyed breakfast every morning from 6 am to 10 am. The breakfast options were good, but it's not a buffet-style like other Tokyu Stay locations.

This hotel is like a mini apartment, very pretty with good room space! The rooms are functional with great amenities like free coffee, but they are a bit small. The service was soooo friendly and very patient, with good English communication. The location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk to Gotanda Station and surrounded by various dining options. The dining was a bit odd with limited options, but the location and access make up for it.
