The hotel surprised me with its cleanliness and spacious rooms, which were so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. However, I was a bit concerned about being charged for the full time when I couldn't use the room. The service was remarkable. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill my requests, but I was disappointed that my room wasn't cleaned. The location was excellent for me, close to my regional office and with groceries nearby. The dining options were good, although there could have been more variety.
