My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the service was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring Downtown Orlando, the state of my room was unacceptable for a family to stay. The rooms looked dirty from the moment I entered, and I found blood stains on the floors and mattress which was quite unsettling.

The manager was extremely helpful, first by changing rooms with a free upgrade after the 1st night issues and second by printing out an important email for me. The staff were friendly, efficient, and flexible.
