The hotel had clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms could've used an accent chair for more seating variety and extra lighting. There was a slight odor that disappeared once the air conditioning was on. The location was convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to JFK airport, but the surrounding area was not recommended for late-night walks. The dining options were limited, mainly consisting of bread and instant hot cereal. The staff in the dining area were described as offish. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's caring service and overall pleasant atmosphere stood out.

I had a pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites. The rooms were clean and in excellent condition, although decorated in dark colors. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, and they even helped me with finding some needed medicines and supplies in the neighborhood. The location, while close to JFK, could use better lighting and upgrading. The dining experience was a bit inadequate, with foam plates and plastic cutlery being used. Overall, the value for money was excellent.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found the rooms were not thoroughly prepared before we came in, decorated in dark colors, and even had garbage items from a previous guest with a heavy smoke smell. On the bright side, the service was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. The location seemed a little shady, but I knew that when I booked it. The dining options were plenty, saving us some money each day. Overall, a mixed experience with some drawbacks but also some positives.
