The service goes above and beyond but lacks willingness to help at times. The location is just right, near the Esplanade and city center. The dining experience is decent with fresh seasonal fruits. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it one of the best designed apartments I have stayed in. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and always ready to help out. The location was convenient for my activities, but the street noise was a drawback. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly, especially Maria the housekeeper. The location was convenient for accessing Cairns attractions, though a bit far from the downtown area.
