The hotel may need a little update, but it's a great value with a comfy bed and everything you need at hand. The rooms were clean and pleasantly comfortable, even though they could benefit from a refresh. The service was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming, despite some eagerness to rush payment. The location is fabulous, offering easy access to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops. The dining options were a mix of excellent and disappointing experiences. Overall, it's a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

The hotel offered nicely decorated rooms with a balcony and massive shower area, perfect for a single person. While the rooms were somewhat outdated and tatty, the overall stay was lovely and comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk into Bournemouth town centre or beach. The rooms, while being a bit noisy, were clean but had a musty unpleasant odor making the bed linen feel damp. The service was very pleasant and helpful, though housekeeping could be improved. The dining options were plentiful with a good selection, and the facilities were good value for money.
