My stay at the hotel was a delightful mix of highs and lows. The vibrant surroundings of Roma and Condesa provided a colorful backdrop to my experience, but the unexpected location on the 8th floor led to some dampness issues in the room. The service, despite initial challenges finding the place, ultimately shone with the friendly and helpful staff. The proximity to the lively restaurants and bars of Roma/Condessa was a definite plus, though the overall location had its drawbacks. The dining experience offered a flavorful variety, yet with occasional inconsistencies in offerings. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
