My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I got was unfortunately close to the reception area and didn't have a window, which made it feel a bit old and dirty. On the bright side, there was another room with a big window and a good view available. The service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist and provide hospitality. The location was a bit awkward situated between two MRT stations, but it was easy to get around once I figured it out. Altogether, a mixed experience with some great aspects and a few drawbacks.
