My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious with a separate shower and toilet area that had its own private hot springs, making it very relaxing. The complementary cookie, bottle water, and apple were a nice touch. The service was exceptional, with special attention to detail for my birthday, a gift, and attentive staff throughout. The location was superb, offering various water types in eight pools and a hidden gem. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with gourmet-level dishes both in the restaurant and room service. The facilities were top-notch, and overall, it was a great value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great moments and some room for improvement. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-designed, although they weren't ready upon my arrival. The service was superb, with attentive staff introducing local flavor into the dishes. The location was excellent, with multiple water types in the pools, though not right next to XinBeitou MRT. The dining experience was unexpectedly gourmet, but not resort-level. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wow! This hotel is amazing! The rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed with lovely touches like separate thermostat controls for each part of the room, built-in speakers to enjoy music, and even flameless candles in the bathroom that were lit every night. The rooms are spacious, clean, and really comfy, with a huge bath area, standing shower, ensuite toilet, and fantastic hotel-like amenities. The hotel is a gem, but it could be easier to find tucked away in a hidden spot. The service is incredibly considerate and attentive, making sure even solo travelers feel safe. The dining experience is unexpectedly gourmet and fantastic, with delicious and healthy Western-style meals. A real treat! The facilities are lovely, and you'll have everything you need. It's a place worthy of a return visit for sure!
