My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms had everything we needed for a great holiday, and the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The kitchen had a bit of a smell issue, but that didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite an excellent children's playground and cafe and offers clean rooms with all necessary amenities, although an egg flip was missing. Muddy's cafe nearby was a great bonus for morning coffee. I would definitely consider returning.

The hotel is situated in a great location in Cairns, perfect for our family trip. The rooms, despite having high windows with no view, were spacious and modern. The staff were very helpful with suggestions, but we did encounter some rudeness from one receptionist. The hotel had a convenient location and a swim-up pool in the 3-bedroom apartment that was very comfortable and roomy. Nearby were kid-friendly spots like Muddys. While the dining options were good, the service had some hiccups with maintenance and amenities not being consistently up to par.

I had a fantastic stay at Waters Edge! The rooms were super comfortable, and I loved the spacious layout. The staff was so helpful and lovely. The location was ideal, offering ocean views, and I will definitely return when in Cairns next. The dining options, especially the epic breakfasts at Muddys, were a highlight.
