The rooms were uniquely decorated with riotously lime-green Eames loungers and thoughtful rose petal touches, though the outside area didn't quite match the non-smoking promise. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, catering to our needs like providing baby food. The location was a dream, just a short stroll away from Zurich's main attractions, although the nighttime church bells might disturb light sleepers. The dining options were extensive, especially on Saturdays, but seemed to quiet down on Sunday mornings. Overall, a unique hotel with some quirks worth noting.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right in the heart of Zurich, making it easy to explore the city.
