I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had almost all the necessary facilities, but they definitely need updating and refurbishing, especially the kitchen and bathrooms which were not particularly clean. The noise from the road made it hard to sleep, and the presence of cockroaches was a major issue.

The service had its ups and downs. Some staff members were unfriendly, and there was an incident where they failed to arrange a taxi for our airport transfer. However, other staff members were among the best I've encountered while traveling worldwide and were very helpful.

The hotel's location was a bit of a mixed bag. It was close to the metro station, which was convenient, but being on a noisy corner of the road made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. On the positive side, it was very convenient for traveling around and accessing various amenities.
