My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with all necessary amenities, and the service was top-notch. Though the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, they were spacious and well-designed with separate dining and living areas, making the stay comfortable. The location, almost in front of Chapultepec Park and surrounded by excellent dining and shopping options, was fantastic. However, there are other hotels offering similar or better amenities for the same or lower price.

The service was quite good, with staff being welcoming and helpful, although they were unable to provide a hard key. The location was superb, right off the park and close to various neighborhoods, but some aspects were unavailable due to a work event. The dining quality varied, and some felt it should be included in the rate like other properties. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
