I had booked a Junior suite facing the city square with a view of the lighted Citadel and mosque. The hotel's location was very central, but the room was unfortunately situated right beneath the kitchen, and noise from cleaning could be heard until around 2 AM. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to set up a fantastic ballooning trip for my associates in Cappadocia. The dining experience offered a rich variety of fresh food but lacked communication about additional swimming cap requirements for pool access. Overall, a mixed experience with great service and location, offset by some noise issues and unexpected additional charges.

I had the most lovely view of the main square overlooking the breathtakingly beautiful Erceis Mountain and the Mosque above my room. The rooms are quite modern and well-equipped, making my stay fabulous. However, the thermostat issue affected the room temperature during our stay.

The hotel room had a 1970s feel, not a period piece, just jaded into this small room and was hot due to a lack of proper ventilation. The air conditioning did not work, and it costed 50 EUR more than a standard double room. The service was super friendly, with Mr Deniz being very nice and helpful, though there was an issue of continued attempts to withdraw money without consent. The location was very good, right in front of the grand mosque and the marketplace, perfect for exploring the old city on foot. The dining experience was excellent, with many choices of different and fresh food. The facilities were fine and substantial.
