I truly had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, with close proximity to shops, food outlets, and underground stations, making it very convenient. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, especially noticeable from the condition of the carpet, bedsheets, and toilet floor.

The staff were lovely and always willing to help. They even arranged a taxi for me in the early hours amidst disruptions.
