Zenitude Hotel Residences Roissy Village, Roissy-en-France

The hotel is within a lovely village, offering spacious accommodations with a bedroom, a small kitchen, and a living room. The rooms smelled freshly painted and seemed in good condition but were quite old and very dirty. The service had its ups and downs with great assistance from Catherine at reception but issues with drop-offs and directions. The location is convenient near the airport but not well-served by public transport to other areas. The dining experience was a disgrace with additional charges, and the facilities had their shortcomings.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite comfortable and seemed to have been recently updated, but being on the ground floor with a children's football field outside was a bit noisy. The service was excellent despite a shortage of staff, although communication was challenging due to the language barrier. The location was convenient for airport travel, but the size of the area was a bit overwhelming with lots of luggage. The dining options were adequate, but the price seemed a bit high for what was offered.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the airport. However, there was a significant issue with ants, making it unhygienic, especially with young children in tow.
