I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms, though lovely and cozy, were a bit smaller than I had anticipated. They were clean, comfortable, and convenient, but possibly not spacious enough for sharing with another person. Unfortunately, the room was quite cold, and there wasn't an option to adjust the heat. On the bright side, there was no mini fridge in the room.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, especially for shopping and dining. Being in the center of Norwich was a definite plus, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had. Just a 5-minute walk to the downtown shopping center was very convenient.
