I absolutely loved my stay at The Springhill Suites! The service was top-class, especially when I needed assistance late at night. The location, close to IAH, with convenient shuttle service to the terminals, was perfect for my early morning flight the next day. The dining was surprisingly good, although the limited hours were a bit of a letdown. Overall, a great value for the price, with excellent facilities and friendly staff.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and could easily accommodate my family of five with incredibly comfy beds. However, the limited availability of water in the room was a small downside. The service was top-notch, with very friendly staff always available for requests, including late-night assistance and help with bags. The location, close to IAH and with convenient shuttle services, was a great advantage. On the flip side, the dining hours were a bit restrictive, especially for early flights, and the Welsh pastries were the only option. Despite these minor drawbacks, the facilities were pleasant, making my stay quite enjoyable.
