Adequate Stay Near the Airport
nice room friendly staff efficient staff damp room breakfast area carpet condition
I found the room to be quite nice! The spacing in the room was good. Check-in was fast and efficient. I was also very happy with the friendly and efficient staff. They helped me with parking for my cruise.
I did find some issues. The air conditioner spilled water all over the carpet! This made the room smell very damp, not ideal. I had to wait an hour for the shuttle from the airport. The breakfast area was crowded with nowhere to sit.

airport trip went great!
airport transportation large rooms enough options family room
i needed a place close to the airport with transport to the port, this place offer it. we had five people in our family, so we wanted a big room before our cruise. the rooms were large. breakfast has adequate options.
the times for the airport shuttle listed on expedia confuse me. it runs about every hour, with the last one i think at 11:30pm. it not very clear.

the front desk agent were helpful. they worked quickly to get me checked in, the agents explained the shuttle service. the staff appear friendly and always have a smile, they seem happy to help.

the hotel provided convenient transportation to the cruise port i found this service very helpful. the suite was quite spacious it was a nice surprise. the breakfast offered a good start to the day with several choices.
the elevator had a slight unusual smell.

EXCELLENT Airport Hotel!
airport shuttle spacious room breakfast options
The shuttle service to and from the airport was SUPER convenient. My room was spacious and clean, a HUGE plus after a long flight. I also took advantage of the breakfast buffetwith plenty of options to get my day started right.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. Some newer machines would be great.

My room included a king-sized bed, a seating area, and a work desk. The bathroom had ample counter space and good water pressure in the shower. That was awesome. The room was adequately soundproofed.

narrow blackout curtains non-functional outlet
The free shuttle service to the cruise terminal was acceptable.
I was disappointed with a few things. The blackout curtains in the room were too narrow. Sunlight woke me up early. Several electrical outlets did not work, especially the one near the coffee maker.
