I found the room to be quite nice! The spacing in the room was good. Check-in was fast and efficient. I was also very happy with the friendly and efficient staff. They helped me with parking for my cruise.

I did find some issues. The air conditioner spilled water all over the carpet! This made the room smell very damp, not ideal. I had to wait an hour for the shuttle from the airport. The breakfast area was crowded with nowhere to sit.

i needed a place close to the airport with transport to the port, this place offer it. we had five people in our family, so we wanted a big room before our cruise. the rooms were large. breakfast has adequate options.

the times for the airport shuttle listed on expedia confuse me. it runs about every hour, with the last one i think at 11:30pm. it not very clear.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was SUPER convenient. My room was spacious and clean, a HUGE plus after a long flight. I also took advantage of the breakfast buffetwith plenty of options to get my day started right.

The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. Some newer machines would be great.

I was disappointed with a few things. The blackout curtains in the room were too narrow. Sunlight woke me up early. Several electrical outlets did not work, especially the one near the coffee maker.

the room was large and clean. the front desk staff was helpful. the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, this was a bonus.

some plugs in the room had no power. the sofa bed in our room was terrible, the mattress cover was stained and did not fit. the room phone did not function properly, i had to put it on speaker to hear or be heard.
