i liked that the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to and from jfk airport. the shuttle was quick. it was also very convenient. the room was modern. it was very clean.
the staff was using the guest laundry facilities. this was my first experience where staff used guest laundry rather than its own facility.

I found some issues . The provision of only two small water bottles for two guests across a 24-hour period seems insufficient. I needed to request toiletries, as there was no room service available for such items. I consider the room to be overpriced. the ATM in the adjacent building was out of service, requiring a ten-minute walk to find an alternative.

The airport shuttle was efficient and ran frequently.
My room was not properly cleaned . I think the hotel assumes you will request it. Finding basic toiletries was like searching for treasure. I located one small bar of soap and a tiny lotion. Getting food delivered proved nearly impossible, there were no real dining options available.

The staff at the front desk was helpful. The complimentary breakfast included diverse selections. I found many options. The free shuttle runs every half hour. It was convenient for my early flight.
I thought bedding looked to have seen its days, the hotel needs an update. The location is close to the airport. The area had no restaurants nearby for dinner or walking.
