an adequate stay
helpful staff clean room well kept room stale buffet food rushed service in-room dining
the staff was mostly helpful. the rooms were clean and well-kept. i appreciated the hotel hiring differently abled people (it is a great initiative).
the buffet food was not refreshed regularly. some items seemed old. the service felt rushed when i contacted reception or in-room dining (it was a bit disappointing).

friendly staff prompt services attentive staff
The staff was very friendly and courteous , always ready to assist. Mr Munna and Burhan from laundry provided prompt services. Ms. Sita Sharma and Vishal from the buffet section were attentive and caring.

the room was super clean and the bed had crisp sheets. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety. the staff were friendly and helpful, recommending local spots.
the pillows were a bit firm for my liking.

the team was really good and very friendly. they picked me up from the airport with great politeness and helpfulness. the staff was always eager to assist and going the extra mile.
