the staff was mostly helpful. the rooms were clean and well-kept. i appreciated the hotel hiring differently abled people (it is a great initiative).

the buffet food was not refreshed regularly. some items seemed old. the service felt rushed when i contacted reception or in-room dining (it was a bit disappointing).
