The super clean room was very well maintained. I found the mattress firm and quite comfortable, I enjoyed a great night's sleep. The complimentary airport shuttle service ran smoothly, and its reliability made it very practical for travel.

I had to buy water from a vending machine after I finished the complimentary bottles. Providing water seems like a basic need for hotels. I never experienced this before.

The free airport shuttle was a great convenience. it ran every 30 minutes. the staff was friendly and helpful. They even provided a takeaway breakfast before the kitchen opened. i appreciated the clean room. It was well-kept and comfortable.

i noticed some noise from guests in the hallway at night though.
