the hotel's location right at the airport was a huge benefit after a long day. there were many food options available, and the bed was quite comfy.
The layout was somewhat confusing. the distances to walk felt very long. It wasn't always clear which way to go.

The hotel connects directly to terminal 3. The skybridge made walking with luggage simple. I appreciated the variety of dining options nearby. I also found the baggage check-in service next to the front desk very useful (it saved me a lot of hassle!).
I found having to pay extra for the onsen a bit unexpected.
