excellent location automated check in quick check in dark room small window no view

i found the hotel to be reasonably priced because of its excellent location. i literally walked through customs and the hotel was just steps away it was very convenient. the check in is automated with kiosks that dispense keys for a quick check in. i was able to get out early the next morning too.

the rooms are not nice they were very dark. i was told to close the bathroom door so the hot steam would not trigger the fire alarm. it reminded me of there was no air in the room and the window was very small with practically no view.

The hotel's direct connection to Terminal 3 was a HUGE plus, especially after a long flight. The room was spacious and well-designed, providing ample room for luggage and relaxation. I also greatly appreciated the on-site onsen. It was a fantastic way to unwind!!!

The hotel connects directly to terminal 3. This made my early morning departure easy. The onsen offered a luxurious experience after my flight. I also appreciated the convenience of the nearby food court.

The check-in kiosks felt a little impersonal on arrival.

The automated check-in machines were quite poor. I needed help from staff for both check-in and check-out. This was a bit disappointing because the automation seemed less efficient, even though the hotel clearly prefers it. the hallways felt long. There were too many rooms on each floor.

The hotel connects directly to terminal 3. The skybridge made walking with luggage simple. I appreciated the variety of dining options nearby. I also found the baggage check-in service next to the front desk very useful (it saved me a lot of hassle!).
