amazing clean hotel near the airport!

i really appreciated the free airport shuttle. it made my early morning flight much less stressful. the staff were very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions about local transport. the rooms had basic amenities but they were new and very clean.
the room was a bit too compact, but this was a very minor inconvenience.

staff helped with directions to nearby restaurants. the reception was staffed 24/7. assistance with luggage was readily provided when i requested it during check-in, and this made settling in much easier.

free wifi worked very reliably throughout the hotel. the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport every 20 minutes during peak hours. vending machines are located near reception with snacks and drinks available for purchase.

the airport shuttle ran exactly on time it took only a few minutes to get to the airport
the receptionist had an indifferent attitude i was met with limited interest the bus trip from the city center was far it was complicated to travel i waited a long time for a bus then i had to walk in the dark for 30 minutes from the bus stop

The room included free tickets for Geneva public transport. This was a great surprise. I found a Coop store just below the hotel that was very useful. The hotel offered a transfer to the airport at regular times, that was perfect.
The room lacked a refrigerator. I missed it.

the location was indeed close to public transport, acceptable.
The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. i found it frustrating that basic amenities like extra pillows were not readily available. the limited hours of the airport shuttle also presented a major inconvenience!
