missing phone inadequate heat
The room lacked a phone. I had to travel to the front desk for every request. Housekeeping did not remove all trash. More heat was needed. The room was too cold.

After a late arrival, this hotel proved to be a true haven with great value. The room featured new furnishings and perfect condition. A complimentary airport shuttle provided convenience, especially during its operational hours. I appreciated good soundproofing and a very comfortable bed after long travel.
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was a small inconvenience .

amazing clean hotel near the airport!
free shuttle helpful staff clean rooms basic amenities
i really appreciated the free airport shuttle. it made my early morning flight much less stressful. the staff were very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions about local transport. the rooms had basic amenities but they were new and very clean.
the room was a bit too compact, but this was a very minor inconvenience.

staff helped with directions to nearby restaurants. the reception was staffed 24/7. assistance with luggage was readily provided when i requested it during check-in, and this made settling in much easier.

indifferent attitude long bus trip
the airport shuttle ran exactly on time it took only a few minutes to get to the airport
the receptionist had an indifferent attitude i was met with limited interest the bus trip from the city center was far it was complicated to travel i waited a long time for a bus then i had to walk in the dark for 30 minutes from the bus stop

underwhelming stay near the airport
unregulated temperature limited shuttle
the location was indeed close to public transport, acceptable.
The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. i found it frustrating that basic amenities like extra pillows were not readily available. the limited hours of the airport shuttle also presented a major inconvenience!
