i stayed for one night and found it very convenient to terminal 1. the room included tea and coffee making equipment. the breakfast buffet had a decent selection. the staff were friendly!!!

shower design indifferent staff
location suited my needs for a connecting flight.
the shower design was problematic, water overflowed easily. room amenities were not fully stocked, it lacks body wash. the staff was indifferent.

comfortable beds convenient location stress-free experience
I found the beds and pillows super comfortable. i slept very well . the convenience of the hotel's location to the airport was amazing. It made catching my morning flight stress-free.
i noticed the restaurant staff seemed a bit grumpy when i arrived without a dinner reservation. i eventually got a table, but the initial interaction was less than cute. the long wait for room service was also inconvenient.

Location was a real convenience for an early flight departure. I walked directly into Terminal 1 and avoided any delays. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel provided a seamless connection to the airport facilities.
Hallways shows minor signs of wear, with some carpet areas appearing slightly worn. This did not affect my room or overall experience, only hallways.

uncomfortable pillows corridor noise
The room was spacious, but I found some issues. The pillows were not comfortable (they felt very flat and worn out). I could hear noise from the corridor, especially doors slamming shut. This disrupted my sleep during the night.

fresh ingredients stress free
i really appreciated how quickly i got to the airport terminal from the hotel, it made my early flight stress free. the breakfast selection was really great, it had lots of options and fresh ingredients!
the elevators were a little slow, i found myself waiting a bit during peak times.

The breakfast buffet had many options.
I had a problem. The minibar in the Beautiful Twin Room was not stocked adequately. I thought the indoor pool looked run down and needed maintenance.
