the location is very convenient for airport access.
the room was not clean to an acceptable standard. shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were empty. towels were old and needed replacement.

The beds were comfortable and the room was silent. I found this pretty excellent because the hotel is at the airport. My son loved the drink delivery robot we saw near the lift. The bar is beautifully decorated and the staff were very helpful. I found them kind too.
The room was overpriced for what you get. The lobby is beautiful but the hotel room is very standard. I will not choose to stay here again.

Check-in was fast and efficient with a smile. I was granted several hours on my check out without issues. The breakfast service was superb with attentive servers and the table staff were very cute.

The hotel is directly at the airport, so getting to my early morning flight was very easy. the public areas were clean and spacious. the room was also very very comfy and tidy. the hotel location is excellent. It's almost inside the airport. access to check-in and the train platforms is very easy. a great area of convenience stores and markets exists within the airport. the hotel has luggage carts in the lobby, a convenient feature. the room felt spacious and clean. this stay was great for a night's rest before flying off the next morning
there were no coffee cups available in my room for the coffee machine

The hotel is right at the airport. This made getting to my early flight easy. I found luggage carts available in the lobby for guest use. The room was spacious and very clean.
The hotel room did not have enough light for reading.

The cooling system in my room was not working at all. Staff only provided a fan. The room was too expensive for what I got.
