Acceptable, but Room for Improvement
impersonal check-insmall room
The self-service check-in felt impersonal. There was no opportunity for a human interaction, which I missed after a long journey. the room size was quite small. I found navigating with luggage difficult, and the layout felt cramped for more than one person. The lack of space detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel's location worked, since it was close to the airport.
My experience suffered because the room reeked. There was also questionable staining on the toilet. the TV did not function. I expect a certain level of cleanliness and functionality when I pay for a room, and those issues need to be addressed.

Pod living near schiphol. A cool experience

This hotel has a quirky theme. It's drawn through everything. it becomes funny and logical. rooms are pod-like with excellent beds, great shades and multiple lighting options. staff is very friendly, the food is nice. Rooms are quiet, despite proximity to the airport. the downstairs lounge is great. It has various seating areas with different couches, tables and even some eames chairs.
The room. While it had everything required. Was extraordinarily small for the price. i stayed throughout the netherlands and this room was the most expensive and the smallest. when i walked out into the hallway. It reminded me of dormitory living.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they answered my questions with a smile, good. it was easy to check in and out, a really smooth process. lovely staff were around to help, whenever i needed it.

The hotel is modern and excellent. it boasts 24-hour restaurant service. That's super convenient. i loved being able to walk to the hotel from the airport. It made everything so much easier. the location is just perfect. Super close to everything.

Breakfast was very good. And there was such a wide variety of options available! i really enjoyed the quality and freshness of the food. food in the bar was also delicious, especially the late-night snacks.

the bed is huge and comfy. the room could be controlled with an ipad, now this is cool. the soundproofed rooms are amazing, despite being next to the airport, so i got a restful sleep. the window above the bed offered a nice view.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is certainly convenient. The walk is short.
The self check-in kiosk was a bit impersonal. The room felt small like a prison cell. The sideways mirror next to the tiny sink did not help.

the staff seemed genuinely interested in. it was acceptable.
The room design was terrible. It felt inconvenient, not hip. instead of an ipad to control the window blinds, i would have preferred a tea kettle. the bed proved quite uncomfortable, especially the pillows.

the rooms were very minimalistic and effective. the interior is innovative, i enjoyed seeing the spaces. i found it convenient to walk to the airport plaza for shopping and dinner options (lots of choices!). the bed was comfortable and provided a deep, quality sleep after my long flight.
the cold button in the shower did not work, a slight inconvenience.
