Adequate, but Some Issues

The hotel is close to the airport. A taxi ride took about 15 minutes.

Upon entering the room, I found the bathroom to be uncomfortably cold. Adjusting the temperature was not possible due to a missing remote control.

the airport shuttle was prompt the driver was courteous

i found several issues the advertised safe in my room was non-functional i also discovered the bathroom lacked basic toiletries furthermore the wi-fi signal was intermittent i expected better maintenance and attention to detail

close to the airport, great service

clean hotel satisfying buffet

the hotel is very CLEAN and conveniently located near the airport. the staff was very accommodating with my late check-in, and i did not face any additional charges. the breakfast buffet was included and quite SATISFYING.

the room was a bit too SMALL. it was challenging to manage luggage inside the room without much space. i wish there was more room to move around comfortably.

the staff was very polite and HELPFUL, especially during check-in. they offered a welcome drink and assisted with airport transfer arrangements. i found them to be responsive to requests and always available.
