Upon check-in, I found a few pubic hairs in the bathroom, most likely from the busy Cossacks with heavy luggage. The room lacked a functional heater, but the hotel is conveniently located close to Point Loma Fishing Harbour and restaurants. The service, though mixed, had some exceptionally courteous and professional staff like Brenda, Lisa, and John.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit small for three adults. The presence of a refrigerator and microwave was a lifesaver, though I wished there was a suitcase stand in the room. The staff was accommodating, but there were instances where service felt lacking. The location was convenient, particularly for airport access and exploring different areas of San Diego. The dining options were satisfactory but could use some improvement. The facilities were decent but not outstanding.

I loved the location of the hotel, near Point Loma Seafoods and the new walkway along San Diego Bay. The rooms were clean and smelled great, but unfortunately, there was a bad odor in the morning, probably due to the loud humming of the refrigerator and noise from people walking above our room. The service was impeccable, with friendly and professional staff always ready to assist. The breakfast had good options, though it could have been better with a wider selection. Overall, a great stay with a few minor inconveniences to consider.
