Embassy Suites By Hilton San Francisco Airport Oyster Point, South San Francisco

Entering the hotel through the open courtyard was a mix of beauty and continuous noise from the bar and restaurant activities. Despite that, my stay was very relaxing. Thank Goodness for the peaceful atmosphere amidst the bustling sounds.

The hotel's rooms deteriorated quickly, even after adjusting the A/C, with noticeable dirt and dust. The ceilings were peeling, reminiscent of Embassy Suites. The service seemed inexperienced and unprofessional with issues like garbage in the hallways and disgruntled staff. On the upside, the location was close to the airport. However, the neighboring Hampton Bay offered better value with free parking.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a nice view of the 'South San San Francisco' sign, although a bit stuffy at times. The staff was genuinely courteous and went out of their way to assist with any needs. The location was convenient for work but lacked nearby dining options. The dining experience had some limitations but the refreshments were enjoyable.
