airport shuttlebreakfast buffet
the shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. the drivers were punctual and helpful with luggage. i also found the breakfast buffet had many options including an omelet station and a variety of hot and cold items.
the elevators showed some wear and tear requiring maintenance.

I must say, the shuttle service was very convenient. I didn't have to wait long for a ride to the airport. the complimentary breakfast was a treat with many options available. i especially loved the two-hour complimentary cocktails in the evening. It was such a nice perk to unwind.
i did notice the elevator plexiglass was unsealed.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is a major advantage. It makes travel very easy and convenient. the hotel also provides its own airport transportation. this feature is great for avoiding long taxi queues.

the suite includes separate living and sleeping areas, great for relaxation. the room includes a tv with many channels. the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the suite at the right temperature.

The cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious with multiple choices, including omelets. the breakfast buffet had many options. i enjoyed the complimentary cocktails. The drinks were AMAZING!!!

Yamelin was an absolute gem. She helped navigate difficult travel situations with a smile. jasmin, at the front desk, was very professional. She resolved my urgent matter quickly and efficiently. carolina petermann was good and cute.

I stayed one night prior to my cruise and found the experience quite satisfactory. Jasmin offered a warm welcome and provided all necessary details for the manager's reception and breakfast. The free shuttle service to nearby restaurants and stores was convenient, I used it to dine out.
