friendly staff efficient staff tasty food
check-in was so fast. the staff was friendly and efficient. i loved eating at mccoys restaurant and the food tasted very good.
the smell of cleaner in the hallway was overpowering.

decent, BUT problematic SHADES
the hotel was clean and being right IN the airport made catching My flight easy.
the blackout shades in MY interior room facing security had HUGE gaps. so much light POURED in i could have read a book all night. SLEEP was impossible.

decent airport stay
pool area rooftop location willing staff helpful staff great view missing handrails slick walls missing bench
The pool area were really nice. i like the location too, it is on the 6th floor. staff were eager and willing for help. the views from the pool were great. You could see the airport from there.
the room was not accessible. there were no handrails. the walls in the shower was very slick and i almost slip. there was no bench, too.

musty odor stained carpet
the hotel is connected to the airport terminal, a great feature for early morning flights.
my room had a musty odor, and the carpet looked stained in several places. i also noticed some dust buildup on the lampshades, a disappointment for a hotel of this caliber.

mixed experience at this airport hotel
long hallways thick carpet
The hallways felt long. the thick carpet didn't help. Bags didn't wheel well on it. it was frustrating being so far from the elevator with heavy bags.

great menu city skyline thick carpet long hallways
The hotel restaurant has a great menu. i saw people relaxing at the pool deck, and they were watching planes take off. The city skyline was a backdrop.
the hotel hallways seem very long. the thick carpet makes wheeling bags difficult, but some areas have tile, i noticed it is loud when bags roll there. :(
