a decent option near the airport
efficient shuttle good breakfast buffet limited channels dated room
I found the breakfast buffet quite good it had many choices. the airport shuttle was very efficient. It ran every 15 minutes so i did not wait long.
the room was a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. also, the television had limited channels and the picture quality wasn't great. the check-in process took longer than i expected.

perfect location frequent shuttle comfortable bed
the location was perfect, especially with the shuttle service available every 15 minutes. i really liked the welcome drinks and snacks offered upon arrival. the shower had great pressure and space, which i appreciated. the bed was also very comfortable, a plus after a long journey.

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the concierge was able to arrange tours with safe drivers, a very nice added bonus. i felt very well taken care of. Their service was appreciated.

south african hospitality diverse selection clean linen
the south african hospitality from the staff impressed me, i found it quite warm. the buffet dinner offered a diverse selection. the soft beds and clean linen ensured rest. the pool area included chefs preparing braai, it was a lovely touch.
Water was expensive. I purchased two 1.5-liter bottles at the bar, and they cost r50 each

The staff welcomed me warmly at the reception and they were helpful in the restaurant. the shuttle service was quick and efficient. It operates regularly to and from the airport, though parking was expensive! i was really charmed.

Basic stay with some letdowns
outdated room stained carpet
The breakfast was acceptable with a wide variety of options available.
The room felt quite outdated. The carpets and paintwork looked stained, and the lamps was slightly off-color. The shower requires you to stand in an old bathtub with a shower curtain and I had to bend down to get wet. I found this disappointing considering the price.
