loyalty status restrictive menu

My IHG loyalty status was not acknowledged upon arrival. This was despite being a seasoned traveler and having stayed at the hotel before. I found the dinner menu restrictive, as the all-day menu I expected was unavailable. This limitation needs better clarity.

wonderful staff delicious breakfast excellent service arrogant person valet parking

the staff are WONDERFUL. the lobby is beautiful, it felt almost magical to be there. breakfast was delicious, and wonder were really nice too care for us. He provided excellent service.

I am a seasoned traveller. I was also expecting more, the person who checked me in was arrogant. He only seemed INTERESTED in upselling valet parking. The room felt dated, it wasn't special at all.
