practical layout separate seating area spacious layout
the room had a practical layout. i found a separate seating area. it included a work desk and comfortable chair. the bathroom featured two separate sinks. i appreciate the spacious layout , made getting ready easy.
the gym had limited equipment, made workout a little restricted.

inflated taxi fare inconsistent amenities
the taxi fare to the airport seemed inflated at 800 rupees. uber quoted only 149 rupees for the same route.. the provided amenities were inconsistent as well. i missed out on the complimentary sleepers plus tea and coffee available in other rooms.

misleading photos broken ac
the room i booked looked nothing like the photos i saw online the price also seemed higher upon arrival than initially quoted food was definitely a letdown and the ac barely worked it seemed like a bait and switch situation i only gave this place a few points because the staff tried their best to check in with me but overall it was pretty disappointing

A Romantic Getaway!
proactive staff excellent food good ambience
The staff was very proactive, and Bikash Sir helped provide an extreme level of comfort! The taste of the food was AMAZING!!! Chef Binish, Chef Sachin, and Lokesh prepared Jain food. I loved the taste of the Sambar. Newly renovated rooms featured a very good ambience, so I had a comfortable stay.
I found a very slight negative fact, the room assigned had a bedsheet with holes.

The hotel is close to shopping malls, though I did not leave because the hotel was comfortable. It is a ten-minute walk from Aerocity Metro. It is also close to the airport.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The noodle bar was excellent, and Yash, the bartender and waiter, was very helpful.. He made great recommendations. I found the complimentary taxi to the airport a nice gesture, offered as an apology for the disturbance caused by late-night housekeeping.

a really good spot near the airport
super clean rooms fresh moment attentive staff helpful manager
the rooms are super clean and i enjoyed the fresh moment created by deepak rawat i found the food to be great especially the breakfast and dinner at citrus cafe the staff including jyoti sagar rahul nilesh ayesha chef khim chef deepak and chef mehta were very attentive the managers ishwar and shadab were also helpful.
the security man at the gate was quite rude to our driver which didn't make a great first impression the soundproofing was not very good i woke up several times due to noise from other guests.

the reception staff provided an upgraded room and early check in after manager varun saluja's help i found the housekeeping staff friendly vishal was very helpful with room cleaning and general service.

the taste of the food at citrus cafe was amazing especially chef sachin ankit rahul and khim i especially appreciated the malai ghewar dessert provided by chef binish baby service was good.
