The hotel boasts a excellent location within the airport terminal. I easily accessed the check-in area on level 4 using the elevator. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and tasted fresh. i found staff assistance during check-in and check-out efficient and pleasant.
i noticed the absence of windows in the room, though this seems common for airport transit hotels.

The location inside the airport was convenient. I walked straight from arrivals to the hotel. the check-in process was fast. i received excellent assistance with my luggage from mahavir. i found the mattress very comfortable.
I noticed some noise from doors slamming and corridor conversations. The walls seemed a bit thin.

My comfort queen room featured nice shower facilities, clean towels, and a quiet atmosphere. It provided an excellent rest. it had no outside disturbance, so sleeping was very relaxing. the shower was amazing!!!

Somi, the duty manager, helped me with flight cancellation, which i appreciated. the staff fulfilled all requests promptly. i found the front desk staff to be particularly attentive. They answered every question i had.

i found the location excellent it was right inside the terminal. breakfast was divine i especially liked the selection. the staff was very helpful they made check in smooth.
