The room was quite spacious and met my basic expectations.

The staff seemed untrained to handle issues. Hot water was unavailable one night. Staff offered a bucket bath, which I found unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. They also woke me before checkout to clean the room, then were dismissive when I complained.

prompt service excellent care flavorful food

The room service was prompt and the quality was AMAZING!!! Sujay took excellent care of my room . The food, especially the khichdi, was cooked to perfection. It was comforting and flavorful.

The shower drain in my room flowed slowly, resulting in a small bathroom flood. I managed with towels.

extensive variety helpful staff

i found the breakfast amazing. the variety was extensive, and everything tasted fresh. the room was quiet, so i slept well. the staff was helpful arranging transport, something i definitely needed. i would stay here again because of the service.

the entrance was busy because of traffic. google maps was not entirely accurate getting there. i was a little frustrated with finding my way to the front entrance.
