convenient airport stay

this hotel provided a really good experience. the front desk staff were helpful and efficient. they quickly assisted me with my luggage storage needs (i had quite a bit!). the hotel's shuttle service to the airport was prompt and easy to use. the hotel offers a buffet breakfast with many choices.

i did notice some noise from adjacent rooms. i heard flushing sounds often during the night, which disrupted my sleep a bit.

the check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were helpful with luggage storage and transport. the airport shuttle service ran frequently (about every 30 minutes) and was always on time, so i could get to my flight easily.

my room included a comfortable bed with good pillows and clean bedding, and it was very spacious. the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub with plenty of towels, and the climate control worked really well.

The shuttle bus service impressed me. It operated very efficiently. Staff were also helpful, and I found them courteous during my interactions.

The room felt quite small. I found space limited for luggage. Cleanliness around the shower was also less than ideal.

The staff upgraded my room. This was a nice birthday surprise. They quickly arranged an early check-in. The airport shuttle was efficient, and the staff offered useful information.
