the king room included convenient wall-mounted bedside tables. the bathroom featured a spacious rainfall shower with quality body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. the 24-hour lobby made getting to my gate quick.

Good location. Some issues
convenient location quiet room lift access suitcase assistance
The location was very convenient to the airport. I could walk there. the room was quiet, which i appreciated after a long flight.
i had to ask where the lift was. i was not offered any help with my suitcases.

Acceptable airport hotel
convenient location direct access soft mattress locked safe
The location proved convenient, directly connected to the terminal. I was able to walk from baggage claim straight to the hotel. I enjoyed the club sandwich i ordered from the restaurant.
The mattress firmness was not ideal. I found it far too soft. I also discovered that the safe was locked upon arrival. Perhaps housekeeping missed checking it.
