The room had blackout blinds. The walk to the international terminal took only six minutes. I used the free shuttle bus once. I found it easy and quick.
One receptionist worked when I arrived. I had to wait to get into my room. The restaurant had expensive food and annoying music. The music sounded like it was computer generated.

the bed was comfortable.
The gym cost extra. i thought the additional charge for the gym was a bit much, especially since it was advertised as part of the facilities though there was a small print. i was also expecting better soundproofing since i could hear cars honking outside. It disrupted my sleep.

the staff ensured we caught our flight promptly. the ambience was excellent. i found the cleanliness excellent from the lobby to the room. a lovely inner garden offered a tranquil space.
I noticed that there were no phones available in the rooms. You need to use a qr code. it connects you to a whatsapp chat with the concierge, but nobody replied.

I found a couple of issues . the lack of complimentary water in the room was a surprise. contacting reception proved difficult. My calls went unanswered for an extended period, causing unnecessary frustration regarding my airport pick-up time. This impacted my overall impression of the hotel's service.

The hotel took a $100 deposit at check-in. Several weeks later, this amount has not been credited back. I followed up, and was informed rectification would occur.

the airport shuttle stop was a very short walk. check-in was fast upon arrival. the courtesy bus driver provided excellent service transporting me back to the airport for my onward journey. the room was well appointed with a comfy bed and a great shower.
i was not informed about breakfast or dinner timings. a lack of clear communication impacted my dining experience.
