the staff arranged transfers with ease. the hotel maintains its hotel well. the room provided was spacious and met my needs..

The breakfast was basic. it was just bread with cheese and some jam in little bowls. an iron was not available. The one provided lacked a water cap causing spills on clothes.

The front desk personnel, enes and his crew, were very hospitable. breakfast was great. the communication was friendly and advice was helpful. the room was modern and clean. It had a beautiful sunset view!!!

There were no blankets in the room. Only one comforter was available. when i requested an additional one, i was told to lower the ac. the rooms are not soundproofed. I could hear hallway and adjacent room sounds.

the hotel had a convenient location close to the airport. the staff were friendly and courteous when i arrived. i found the facilities clean and the room had comfortable accommodations. an airport shuttle service was also available.

The bathroom door provided minimal privacy. My child opened it easily.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, a short taxi ride made it very convenient. the front desk staff was friendly. They helped me with a late check-out request. the room was clean, stocked with free coffee, tea, and slippers. i appreciated the 24-hour reception.. it provided peace of mind.

attentive staff comfortable bed efficient transfer

The staff was very attentive. I found the bedroom comfortable with a fantastic jacuzzi! room service was available, which i used. the hotel arranged a transfer service for me that operated very efficiently.

I noticed that there is not much around the immediate area.
