efficient shuttle clean rooms spacious rooms
The hotel provided convenient access to the airport terminals. The shuttle service ran frequently and was very efficient. I appreciated the clean and spacious rooms with updated interiors and fresh paint.
The gym was not located on the hotel premises, inconvenient.

The free airport shuttle was acceptable. It saved me a taxi fare.
The food in the restaurant was not acceptable. The staff gave good service, but the food was mediocre for the cost. It was a depressing experience.

airport proximity superb staff easy check-in friendly reception
The hotel is close to the airport. It provided immense convenience. The staff members in the breakfast area were superb (I was impressed by their attentive service). I found the check-in process to be easy. I appreciated the efficient and friendly manner of the reception staff.
The room I stayed in presented a minor issue.

i found my room spacious with great tea and coffee. the walk to terminal one took ten minutes , even with luggage. the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport , a GREAT convenience.
the in-room nespresso machine lacked clear instructions , a small inconvenience.

airport trip made easy!
helpful staff room temperature airport shuttle
the staff i interacted with seemed genuinely happy to help. the rooms i stayed in were super clean with good temperature control, and surprisingly quiet. having the rental car return and airport shuttle right there was easy. the shuttle runs often, so i had almost no wait.

the restaurant had a decent menu, but i found the prices a bit high. breakfast was good, it offered a wide selection of items, including fresh fruit and hot dishes and was plentiful and delicious.

low water pressure poor sound insulation
the location was perfect for the airport.
I encountered issues with the shower. It had very low water pressure. additionally, the sound insulation was poor, and i could hear noise from the corridor very easily. It made relaxing difficult.

free shuttle clean rooms great food loud building works another room
The free shuttle from the terminal was very handy. I appreciated the food in the restaurant. It was great. The rooms were clean. They had everything I required for my short stay.
The building works were going on close by. It made it difficult to concentrate as well as difficulty hearing on my Teams calls. I did head down to reception to ask what time the works would end, it was not pleasant. I was offered another room. This was inconvenient as I'd started to unpack already
